RECIPE BUTTER CHICKEN DELICIOUS AND SIMPLE

 Assalamualaikum and hi everyone...^_^ hope all of you stay healthy and happy. Today i want to share all readers one recipe that i have try today for lunch. it soo delicious and easy to make it. Lets see the ingredients and how to make it.

 Bahan perap ayam selama sejam ( sebelum masak ):
  • Dada ayam (bahagian isi) - ikut selera anda
  • 1 sudu besar garam
  • 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 1 setengah sudu besar gula
  • 1 setengah sudu besar serbuk kari
  • 1 biji telur
Bahan tumis :
  • 2 sudu besar buttercup
  • 2 cili hidup merah dihiris halus-halus
  • 7 biji cili padi dihiris halus-halus (mengikut selera)
  • 2 tangkai daun kari
  • 1 sudu besar tepung gandum
  • 1 cawan kiub pati ayam  'Maggi'
  • 1 cawan susu Low Fat Dutch Lady (kalau tiada boleh guna susu tepung yang dibancuh atau susu cair)

Cara memasak :
  1. Perap ayam selama 1 jam. Guna minyak masak secukupnya, goreng ayam hingga kekuningan. Selepas itu, angkat dan tos minyak.
  2. Letakkan 2 sudu besar buttercup dan bahan tumis, tumis semua cili dan daun kari sehingga naik aroma. 
  3. Kemudian masukkan tepung dan goreng hingga garing. 
  4. Kemudian masukkan susu, garam dan gula mengikut selera anda
  5. Apabila kuah sudah pekat , masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi
  6. Jika anda rasa cair, letakkan tepung gandum (bancuh bersama air). Jika rasa pedas dan pekat, tambahkan susu.
  7. Done.....confirm sedap dan menjilat jari punyaaa....bertambah-tambah seisi keluarga. 
Akhir sekali, selamat menjamu selera dan sedikit penambahan lauk ini sesuai dimakan tidak kira waktu. Sangat enak dan mudah sekali. Sekian dan thanks to all readers dan sebarang penambahan boleh komen kepada saya. SELAMAT MENCUBA ^~^

    1 cup chicken stock cube 'Maggi'
    1 cup milk Dutch Lady Low Fat (if no usable brewed milk powder or liquid milk)

 

Cooking method :

    Marinate the chicken for 1 hour. Use cooking oil to taste, fry the chicken until golden brown. After that, remove and drain the oil.
    Place 2 tablespoons of buttercups and material saute, fry the chillies and curry leaves until fragrant.
    Then add the flour and fry until crisp.
    Then add milk, salt and sugar to taste
    When the sauce is thick, add the chicken was fried earlier
    If you think the liquid, place the flour (mixed with water). If taste is spicy and thick, add milk.
 
   Done ..... confirm delicious and finger licking...hehe multiplied whole family.
